Zen Mama Wellness
In this 45 minute class, new moms and moms-to-be will stretch, relax and talk all things health and wellness. Led by Paula D’Elia, our Holistic and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, each class will begin with light yoga followed by a group discussion. We’ll cover a variety of topics from handling picky eaters and immune boosters for children to plant-based meals for the family and nutrition for moms. Paula also incorporates baby massage for the little ones. Mingle with other moms and receive the tips and tricks you need to raise a happy, healthy family.

Pau D’Elia has been practicing yoga and meditation all her life and has been teaching for over a decade. She is Yoga Alliance certified in Power Yoga®, Prana Vinyasa Flow® Yoga, and Yoga Trance Dance®. Pau is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Through her YouTube channel and her healthy cookbook, The Secret Ingredient, Pau shares her passion for yoga, meditation and cooking.
