Zen Mama Yoga
Motherhood can be hard on you and your body, which is why it’s so crucial for new moms to focus on themselves and take care of their body, minds and spirits on a regular basis. Enter Zen Mama Yoga, a class designed to help you reduce stress, increase stamina, regain strength, improve flexibility and reconnect with your body after having a baby. Pregnancy and childbirth change how we look and feel inside and out, and sometimes getting back to a state of normalcy takes time, effort, patience and guidance. This gentle and nurturing postnatal, mommy & me yoga class is the perfect way to get back to your yoga practice, or embrace yoga for the first time. You will bend, stretch, breathe and bond with other moms and with your baby, while also strengthening and toning your body. During this class we will bond, sing, chant, move, meditate, share new experiences and make new friends. Perfect for moms with babies 6-8 weeks old through crawlers.
Pau D’Elia has been practicing yoga and meditation all her life and has been teaching for over a decade. She is Yoga Alliance certified in Power Yoga®, Prana Vinyasa Flow® Yoga, and Yoga Trance Dance®. Pau is also a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC). Through her YouTube channel and her healthy cookbook, The Secret Ingredient, Pau shares her passion for yoga, meditation and cooking.
