Beloved across Mexico, this unique class (also known as Trepsi) has arrived in Miami with its signature blend of music, movement, and sensory play to spark joy and support early childhood development. Taught entirely in Spanish, this parent-and-me class invites little ones to learn through rhythm, imagination, and hands-on exploration. Each week introduces a new theme—like up and down, fast and slow, or open and close—brought to life through storytelling, songs, movement, and sensory activities that nurture language skills, body awareness, social-emotional growth, and meaningful caregiver connection.
