Petits en Français

Petits en Français is a playful, immersive introduction to the French language designed for ages 3–6. Through music, movement, storytelling, art, and play, children are exposed to French words and phrases in a natural, engaging way. Each week encourages listening, participation, and exploration—helping students build confidence, develop an ear for French sounds, and experience the rhythm of the language. Diane Cortet Mercier

Miss Diane is a French-born, multilingual instructor with over 10 years of experience living across the US and Europe. Trained through Alliance Française's DAEFLE program and certified in child care management, she brings a warm, child-centered approach to teaching French to toddlers, kids, and teens. Miss Diane is passionate about helping young learners discover French as both a language and a worldview.
