Mommy & Me Yoga
This gentle post-pregnancy fitness class is specially designed for moms and babies ages six weeks to six months (pre-crawling). Parents will bond with their little ones while squeezing in a workout to regain strength and flexibility, tone muscle, and relieve stress and tension both physically and mentally. You and your baby will play while you practice yoga, explore gentle movement, and connect with other parents. Feeding, diaper changes, crying, sleeping and playful babies are all welcome! Please bring a baby blanket, some toys and anything else you need to feel comfortable during class.
Born and raised in the UK, Kim began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to maintain balance and build deeper connections. Using her experience as both a mother and a yoga teacher, she creates a calm, healing environment for new parents to move alongside their babies.
