Mommy & Me Flow

Busy moms and with infants will love this fun, relaxed, and engaging yoga class. After all, finding time to exercise can be tough when you’re chasing after your kids and barely have a moment to focus on yourself. In this class parents will work on improving strength, fitness and posture while also bonding with new friends and their little ones. Socialization and relaxation are strongly encouraged for participants of all ages. This is the perfect way to practice yoga together in a fun and kid-friendly environment. 

Ages: 6 weeks-pre-crawlers

Born and raised in the UK, Kim began practicing yoga over 20 years ago as a way to maintain calm and balance and build deeper connections. As a mother of 3, she incorporated yoga before, during and after each pregnancy and birth, and continues on the journey of yoga with her kids today.
