Hot Mama Bod: Postnatal Movement
At Hot Mama Bod you’ll learn how to take care of your body with expert advice and exercises from Ashley Peeler, Wellness Coach and Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. This class is designed to improve your strength, breath, posture and internal muscles while also preventing injury and providing a killer (but safe) workout. And the best part is you will be able to use the tools you learn in class at home! Hot Mama Bod is open to all women who have already had children regardless of the age of the child. Exercises are modified for each participant.
Babies welcome up to 12 months
Ashley Peeler is a Wellness Coach, Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist and Toxicity Expert. She helps women lead a healthier and more mindful lifestyle, primarily through prenatal and postnatal training, prevention and education.
