At Hot Mama Bod you’ll learn how to take care of your body with expert advice and exercises from Ashley Peeler, Wellness Coach and Pre/Post Natal Corrective Exercise Specialist. This class is designed to help women stay strong and active for a successful birth, and help new moms improve their strength, breath and posture postpartum. Ashley will help you prepare for birth and provide you with tools to get your body back to its pre-baby state after your newborn arrives. You will learn how to tone your body and feel great while also preventing injury in this killer (but safe) workout. And the best part is you will be able to use the tools you learn in class at home! Hot Mama Bod is open to all women who are pregnant or who have already had children, regardless of the age of the child. Exercises are modified for each participant.
