Returns

Returns are issued within 14 days of customer receipt date.  We will gladly refund unused products with original packing/tags attached.  If you would like to schedule a return, please email us at customerservice@stateofkid.com within 14 days of customer receipt date and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.  We will deduct $10 shipping cost from your refund total once we receive your return. Once the items have been received and inspected we will issue a refund.  Your refund will be issued in the same form as the payment method.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Please do not send returns unless you have emailed customerservice@stateofkid.com as we cannot accept returns that have not been authorized. 

Exchanges

If you wish to purchase a product in a different size or color, please return the product and place a new order for your desired product.

We will happily replace items that are defective or damaged.
